We at Lotus Flow extend beyond the statutory refund rights to ensure you achieve satisfactory results. If you’ve purchased our app directly from our website and the money-back guarantee was displayed during checkout, you are entitled to a refund if our program does not render visible results, under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 30 days from your purchase date and before your subscription period ends.
  • Adhere to our program for 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase (for monthly or longer subscription periods) or 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase (for weekly or bi-weekly subscription periods).
  • You can demonstrate your adherence to the program as specified in the section “How to Demonstrate Adherence to the Program”.

Upon receipt, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified about its approval.

How to Demonstrate Adherence to the Program

Provide proof of adherence to the program by:

  • Sharing screenshots from the app showing the completion of at least 7 workout/meditation or other sessions (for monthly or longer subscription periods) or at least 3 workout/meditation or other sessions (for weekly or bi-weekly subscription periods).

Please note, refunds under the Money-Back Guarantee can only be issued upon meeting the above requirements. This Money-Back Guarantee is not applicable in any other scenarios.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us, Lotus Flow, via email: [email protected], with your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). For the withdrawal deadline to be met, send your communication about your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
