REFUND POLICY AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Thank you for choosing Lotus Flow. We are committed to providing personalized yoga, wellness, fitness and mindfulness content to help you grow stronger in body and mind. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our practices regarding refunds and cancellations.


REFUNDS

All purchases made through our app and website involve digital content and are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in this policy. When you complete a purchase, the digital service is made available immediately, and you acknowledge that the service is considered fully performed once delivered.

EU Consumer Notice: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason or incurring any cost. However, this right no longer applies once the digital content has been delivered with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal. 

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE. 

Accordingly, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, unless the digital content has a persistent technical defect (as outlined below) or as otherwise required under mandatory law.

If you experience persistent technical difficulties that are solely attributable to our platform and not to user-side factors (such as device compatibility, connectivity or outdated software), and where required by consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a discretionary refund. In such cases, you must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs) evidencing the issue.

Notwithstanding the above, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in limited cases subject to our internal policies like app user commitment plans, which may be updated and published from time to time.

Additional packages are added to and bound to the user's main subscription package. Therefore, if the main package subscription ends, additional packages will also expire. Users shall meet the conditions of main package refund criteria as explained above. Purchasable playbooks are non-refundable by their nature, and for the individual use only.

For purchases made through digital distribution platforms such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the refund policies of the respective platforms apply. You are encouraged to contact the relevant store directly for any refund requests related to those purchases.


SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Please note that simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. For cancellations:

  • Web (Stripe): If you purchased through our website, please contact our support team or manage your subscription via our customer portal.
  • Google Play Store: Visit Google Play subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
  • Apple App Store: Visit Apple subscription settings to cancel your subscription from your iOS device.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, make sure to cancel before the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.


MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE PLAN

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for users who actively use the app but are not satisfied with their experience, subject to the ALL of the following conditions:

  • you contact us within 30 (thirty) calendar days as of the Purchase date; and
  • you have followed our personalized workout plan for at least 14 (fourteen) CONSECUTIVE days; and
  • you provided evidence of actually following Lotus Yoga plan by providing us with a screen video or screenshots of workout plan history, which you have personally completed.

Please note that at least 1 (one) class should be completed per day, and your records shall match our in-app logs. 

If all conditions are met and verified, we are happy to grant you a full refund. If you have any questions or wish to initiate this plan, please contact our support team through the app or website.


CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.


CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time to reflect changes such as new features or subscription plans. Changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time if they do not agree with the updated terms. We recommend that users take a screenshot of the refund policy at the time of purchase for their records.
