It's always easier to learn things when they are broken down into their core elements, and that's exactly what we have done in this series. In this series we will cover all the core aspects of hatha yoga. Each class is designed to cover a specific element of hatha yoga. We will start with a classic Hatha class to give you an insight and then move on to warm ups, strengthening, stretching and balancing classes. Building up a routine is very important as you introduce yourself to new things in life. You can always come back to this series if you want to build a regular yoga practice.

Arm Balance Essentials

Each class is focused on a particular arm balance or inversion that most of us probably enjoy the most in a yoga practice. In each flow, you warm up in a specific way that the peak pose requires, lift up to the peak pose with the instructions as your body is warmed up and ready for it, and finally cool down and neutralize the effects of peak pose, ending the class with a yummy savasana or meditation.

Chakra Flows

Chakras are the energy centers in our body. There are 7 chakras, extending from the root up the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has its own characteristics. In this series, we will explore these 7 main chakras together in separate classes through yoga asana practice. Each dynamic flow will take us through one or two of the seven main chakras in the body. With the root chakra flow, we ground ourselves, with the heart and throat chakra flow we open our heart and throat to a more expressive and compassionate version of ourselves, and also be prepared for core work and fun inversion poses in solar and crown chakra classes. With a regular practice you will find your balance and come to peace with yourself.

We live in a world where each day brings its own rush and stress. Do yourself a favor and take 15 minutes everyday for this softening series. It might be difficult at first to find time for practice in your hectic life but once you get the hang of it, you'll will actually discover that practicing everyday creates you more time rather then taking it as you sooth your mind and body, relieving stress, and getting back on track, you'll begin to use time more efficiently. These classes consist of longer holds of passive, mostly stretching classes to soften your mind and body. Each class has a different theme, so choose one and let get relaxed.

If you are a mom to be, regardless to the stage of your pregnancy, you are in the right place to strengthen and stretch through these flows that prioritizes your and your baby's safety first. Classes are divided in three parts, according to the trimester you are in, so that you can enjoy the benefist of yoga throughout your pregnancy.
